You must live in a nice neighborhood. I mean, I don't get to see this kind of thing at the bus stops where I am, and I'm in a fairly nice place. Maybe this is in a planter, and it's just there to make the bus stop look nicer. Beautiful pic too. These are lovely flowers. Common and simple, but also lovely and amazing and able to bring a smile to your face.
