South Korean SMart City Plan at CES 2020

at 9:40 we see South Korean Seoul Smart CIty Plan presented by the Mayor of Seoul at CES 2020 COnsumer Electronics Show which I would like to use for San Diego's own Smart City plan but with the Telos Blockchain and worker proposal system, and we can perhaps buy this system from Korea.
