SteemSanDiego Plan for City of San Diego to Secure 2 million steem accounts for 6 million steem, Aprox $2 Million USD which can be taken from the aprox $100 Million a Year generated through Real Estate related Loans created via new PublicBankSD system

I plan to show off Steem EOSIO and Telos to my local city on a local PublicBankSD meeting to discuss a new Public Bank plan which i will use to introduce Steem EOSIO and Telos.

While telos gives free accounts and would create the free wallets for all 2 million current and future residents for the next few years. All current native San Diegans can have a Steem Wallet and 1 steem purchased for them, for a total of 6 million steem + 2 million more for their UBI steem payment which will be used to allow these accounts to at least have 1 steem each.

It can even be used to delegate and receive a daily payout as a great local social security experiment. I predict most users wont use them but some locals will have a lot of fun posting and learning how the blockchain works like it is part of the local city infrastructure.

Millions a year are spent on wasted projects

Imagine if a few million we invested in steem accounts for all 1.5 million local citizens with 1 steem each and instructions for how to start posting? DO you realize the local networks of buyers and upvoters would form?

Can you really tell me that giving a steem wallet and system of steem posts between all local users would be a bad idea with any negative lasting repercussions? if anything an entire city would get charged up with software development fever and I believe everyone would be inspired.

I believe now that i have communities I can allow every neighborhood and every BLOCK every actual community to have a steem community. I feel like we could start seeding the actual community with communities but FIRST steem accounts MUST be purchased for all residents like a small city state. For San Diego our population is small enough to make this feasible. Los Angeles with 10 million would be too difficult I think for me at least but just 1.5 million in the city? I believe we could allow for a VERY interesting faucet where we could guarantee your private key was handed out at the DMV and I am not kidding. This would have built in KYC because we arent trying to make some sort of censorship resistance system, although that would be a great side effect of our network effect! We would allow the @sdpd to get to have everyone's posts be recorded even if they think they are deleted and a nice public blockchain to navigate. I feel like the city will fund all sorts of local development ion steem when they find out these things.
