Check the sand white paper and orevious poats for keys. This account will be given enough sandpower to upvote 10 sand per vote so any one can curate . I may even crest a new account like this with SP delegated to guest account just to see what would happen if the public got to share an account with 100,000 steempower to play with. Bots would compete lol its be cool to see people share it succesfully
