Sandstone

Hi friends, today i wanna share some information about sandstone, which looks so nice.
Sandstone is a clastic sedimentary rock composed mainly of sand-sized(o.0625-2 mm)mineral particles or rock fragments.most sandstone is compsed of quartz or fridspar because they are the most resistant minerals to weathering processes at the Earth's surface,as seen on Bowen's reaction series.
Like uncemented sand, sandstone may be any colur due to impurities within the minerals but the most common colors are
brown,yellow,red,grey,pink,white,black.
Sandstone can be found in deposits across the world, from United States of America to Europe.in the USA there are main four sandstone deposits that can be found in Virginia,Wisconsin,Michigan and New York.
The cost of finding the sandstone and breaking the stone into smaller pieces adds to the overall cost.natural stone pavers typically cost around $10 to $30 per square foot.materials like slate and granite are more expensive than sandstone.
