A SHORT STORY OF SANTA CLAUS (legend of Santa)

They say the whole Santa Claus story began with a Turkey bishop(st Nicholas). He was a rich fellow, people say he got his inheritance from his parents, nevertheless one of the qualities I envy about Santa was his generosity in giving gifts to the poor, which is basically the essence of Christmas.
He use to slip gold and gifts, down chimneys of poor people during his time. Later he became known as "father Christmas" in UK ( funny, thats we Nigerians little nickname for him). In Germany he was called "Christ kind" and in the US "Kris Kringle". His name was latter changed to sinter klas but eventually, everyone preferred Santa Claus.

MY POEM FOR SANTA

Oh dear Santa, what joy u bring,
So much happiness, we all start to sing,

Oh oh oh
You bellow,
Santa Claus is here
Say hello,

You defined true essence of Christmas
With your simple and sincere act of charity,
Giving and sharing, the whole world in mass,
No string attach, so much clarity.

You have brought joy to homes,
Even Sherlock Holmes-
Couldn't achieve such feat,
With much intelligence, no counterfeit.
