Profanity ahead...
After reading a good article on Food Allergies and so-called "Super" foods, I scrolled down and read some of the comments. My Bad. The first few were fine, BUT THEN IT HAPPENED.
A commentator mentioned "the power of the mind" as being a factor.
Yeah, because I went into anaphylactic shock, I just thought of rainbows and unicorns, and suddenly my airways opened and my hives disappeared...
Actually that's not quite what happened: I spent 3 weeks in the ICU, suffering from status epilepticus(an epileptic seizure lasting mor then 5 minutes or two or more seizures within a five-minute period without the person returning to normal between them), taking ungodly amounts of Valium and Phenytoin, unable to use my hands due to the repeated seizures.
Try will that shit away. You can't.
And now I'm reading how someone is cure of their 'alleic synositis' which I'm pretty sure is like allergic sinusitis, except it's spelt like you were kicked in the mouth for mispronouncing allergic sinusitis.
I resisted posting a reply, but as much as I love a sale I ain't buying this bullshit. So now I find myself asking "If I have nothing nice to say, should I be on steemit?"
