Here's Shi Zhengli "the bat woman" from the Wuhan Institute of Virology discussing the origins of SARS in a 2018 paper. Her team found the likely origin of SARS in a bat cave in Yunnan province in 2017. 15 years after the SARS outbreak.
As I mentioned before, SARS emerged in Foshan, Guangdong Province. It got there via civets in the animal trade.
So it is always odd when people cite the location of Wuhan as an argument for lab origins of SARS-COV-2.
We already have an immediate real world example of a coronavirus that emerged via natural origins over very long distances via the animal trade.
