Hi guys! Today I will show you the exercise on the outside of the thigh. Lets go!
Accept the position as in the photo. The back is straight, the buttocks and the stomach are retracted. Try to keep your foot as high as possible.
We perform small circular movements with the foot forward (until we feel a strong tension) and as much back (until a burning sensation in the muscles appears). Maximize the muscle that we are working through.
We make three approaches with a break in one minute.
Since everyone has different physical training, I do not specify the number of repetitions. No one knows your body better than yourself, so listen to your senses and always do a little more than you can. Do not feel sorry for yourself and your body will say "Thank you * item
