Synopsis:

When his dad sentenced to jail, Little Jared must take over his father's real-estate business, only to find that honesty, integrity, ethics, and following the law are detriments to his new job.

With luck, determination, and a large trust fund Jared succeeds in beating his dad's reputation by getting into massive debt faster and breaking more laws quicker than his incarcerated father.

With pluck and gumption, he marries the daughter of another failed land developer who becomes the next President of the United States. With his newfound power Jared can get revenge against the man who sent his dad to prison.

Jared's skillset and lack of ethics propel him into a top position and on his way to his ultimate personal best -- and ultimate political downfall.
