Satoshi's Treasure. The Search for Agent Two Heats Up.

Our Steem Clan have been searching for this guy the whole week. We have found our first agent but there are two more left to find. We have searched in everywhere, our clan member @akiroq has devoured the book Burning Chrome and yet this guy seems further away than when the information was officially released last Sunday. But the photo has been altered today and a clue came out that the answer is lying in plain sight. Our team reloaded the image in their photo editors and it has revealed some interesting results.
Lets take a look. We started off decreasing the saturation on the photo and yep there's something behind him

We wanted to take a look a bit more so our clan were busy putting different tints and tones to see if anything would come up better. Here are a few more.

I think his forehead is really interesting . This is a photo @balticbadger put up today. I can't get away from a potential q-code here.

I thought i noticed some writing around his eye also . @balticbadger thinks it spells arg which I can see too a bit. The number 6 is still on his jumper, a clue that @paulag spotted . But yet we are still no closer to the answer.
Is it a country behind him? Some people think its Russia, a Chinese province, Canada. The gulf of Finland is another potential source.

If anyone who reads this has an opinion can you please let us know because we are close. Very close.
