I have just seen this post by @onceuponatime who tries to get to the ‘root of the problem’ with photos of beautiful Loutraki!
I could not resist taking part in this contest by @kus-knee and post a photo of a saved tree in my Heraklion!
I know it is not Tuesday any more, but any day should be a treeday!
Its center is literally packed with high buildings, many hotels, many shops and roads that are bursting with cars!
You can see some beautiful spots with trees, but most of them have been re-planted.
*I believe that this tree has been saved and it is one of my favorite ones, in a nice central spot.

I can assure you for one thing .. you can never get bored in Heraklion!
