hi there, I'm quite inexperienced in some aspects of steemit (despite being a member since January) and especially sbc. When you say monthly report, do you mean a report of betting activity like beat the bookies did? Please do direct me to any rules and instructions if there are any.

The SBC League is here on steemit for people that mainly use their blog to post bets. When it is done in a proper way using the unified format of the SBC (see this post) the posts can get rewarded by free upvotes from the @sbcbot account. At the end of each month everyone is expected to make a post with the results from that month and prizes are given out based on this.
