10 Ways to help you raise your child to be the kind of adult you would respect.

Always show your child the same respect that you would expect him to show to you and others.
Teach your child not to treat people like property, or property like people.
Fundamental discipline is essential but be sure to act out of love.
Help them realize that there is a great honour in keeping your word by always keeping your word to them.
Teach your child to value self-accomplishment by allowing them to earn the things they want in stead of just giving them everything they want.
Make sure that your child realizes their self-worth.
Teach your child the value of personal hygiene as well as presentation.
Admit when you were wrong, especially to your child it is a valuable lesson in being humble.

Teach your child that there are consequences to their actions, and they get to choose their actions.

Buy biodegradable products
Reduce the garbage amount
Reduce the use of harmful products
Recycle
Reuse water
Grow more trees
Use less paper
Drive an electric or hybrid cars
Use less plastic
Eat organic food

Develop a sleep routine
Avoid afternoon and evening coffee.
Use comfortable pillows
Warm bath or shower in the evening
Change sleeping positions
Reduce or cut exposure to tv, phones an hour before sleep
Don't go to sleep with full stomach
Avoid drinking any liquids before bedtime
Set your phone on silent to not be disturbed during the night
To stick to sleeping schedule, if you feel tired during the day, have a 10-15min nap and wake up immediately afterwards.
