You say you pay out free steem dollars to those who upvote and resteem, which I've done a few times to see if you're legitimately doing this, and I haven't received anything even with you on my steemvoter rules. I upvote every one of your posts either way, but the few I've resteemed I've never gotten anything from. Just wondering how this actually works.

Of course I will send it. When you upvote a post, it takes 7 days to get paid; I send SBD to all the voters exactly after 7 days. If you upvote a post that has been posted 5 or 6 days ago, then you will get SBD tomorrow or the day after. You can see my wallet for payment proofs.
