In Thailand detained a Russian citizen on account of which was 100 thousand bitcoins
Law enforcement agencies of Thailand detained a Russian citizen Sergei Medvedev at the reflux of the FBI. On his accounts, the police found more than 100 thousand bitcoins, according to Bangkok Post (resource page is not available, but Google has a saved copy).
Medvedev was detained in Bangkok on February 2. The US Department of justice suspects Sergei Medvedev of creating a shadowy online platform for trade in personal data and prohibited goods. The site sold stolen credit card details, false identity cards, and financial information.
