We meet people everyday, talk with people on a daily basis but normally we don't achieve much from lots of words. Most people talk out of point just to ensure they also say something.
In life, I have come to realize that the wise only quote they don't talk because to me quote are just a simple way to express your self in the mist simple way.
The words of King Solomon is another point of reference worth citing
Those who guard their mouths and their tongues keep themselves from calamity. Pro. 21 vs 23
If you can guard your mouth and tongues you can save yourself from calamity. That is worth an advise.
To crown it I will love to quote this:
If fools could learn how to keep mute, they will sit among the wise.
