Isaiah 53:5-7
5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.
7 He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.
Jesus did it all for us, for me and you
He took our place that we might have peace, for the seek of the love God has for that he didn’t want us to perish that’s why he sent his son Jesus Christ to come and take our that we might be free and that the glory we lost might be restored to us.
He was wounded for our transgressions for the things we did, he didn’t do anything but he took our place. The wound that was meant for us he took our place and he was wounded for our seek (transgressions).
He was crushed for our iniquities, he took the punishment that would bring us peace so that we might have the peace without punishment. For our sins, iniquities he was crushed, he took our place, our punishment.
Do you acknowledge God, for everything he did for you? He was wounded for your seek, he was crushed because of your iniquities. Do you come to this consciousness that Jesus died for your seek that he took your place.
You should always be thankful and grateful to him by giving your life to him and live the way that pleases him.
God help us and give us the grace to live our lives only to please him. Amen
