# FOUR ACTIONS THAT CHANGED LIFE ON EARTH.

**GENESIS Chapter 3, Verse 6** Gen 3: 6 And the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a desirable tree to attain wisdom; and he took of its fruit, and ate; And she gave also to her husband, who ate as well as she did. What happened in chapter 3 from verse 6, we will highlight in the following words, which are verbs that indicate the actions followed that brought serious consequences to humanity.

1.- The first action was: SEE

The word saw comes from the Hebrew word râ'âh, which means to see, to approve, to contemplate, to pay attention. It is important to highlight that when the woman paid attention to the proposal and manipulation of the snake, the door that brought the greed, longing and desire to reach the deceitful offer presented by the ancient serpent was opened.

2.- The second action is to take:

Took comes from a Hebrew word that is (lacakj; prim root; take (in the widest variety of applications): -
to accept, to approach, to admit, to adopt, to acquire, to seize, to snatch, to marry. By taking the woman is accepting the proposal, admitting and snatching what had previously been fixed.

3.- The next action was: eat. which in Hebrew is' âka, A primitive root; eat (literally or figuratively): - X at all, burn, consume.

After seizing the proposal, he feeds on it, consumes it and becomes part of his life. When one eats food, it does not stay in the stomach, but enters the bloodstream and is then in the whole body. That happened to the woman.

4.- Finally, the fourth action was: give. It comes from the Hebrew word nathan which means to bestow, to apply, to conceive, to name. From this point of view, we can say that the woman, taking, accepting the proposal, now I am begotten of the serpent.

We are what we eat, the woman ate, accepted the proposal and conceived, and then the man accepted what the woman presented to him. It is necessary to be alert with the things and issues to which we are paying attention, what we see, what we eat, with whom we share, because that is really what we are going to give.
