The promise

2 Corinthians 1:20 states, "For all the promises of God are in themselves, and in the Amen, through us, for the glory of God."

Promise is the solemn offer that a person makes to fulfill with righteousness and fidelity a certain duty, using a fixed formula.
It is also the expression of the will to do something for someone or to fulfill a certain sacrifice in case of achieving some achievement. The promise can be understood as an agreement between two parties through which one of them commits to do something before the fulfillment of a condition or the expiration of a term

God from antiquity offered a series of promises to his people, and today they remain latent in all those who seek him, God always keeps his promises, because he does not lie, God has many promises for all those who love him
In the Bible is recorded all the promises that God fulfilled and continues to fulfill over time
For example Joshua 21:45 says: "I do not miss a word of the good promises that the Lord had made to the house of Israel, all were fulfilled"

All the promises of God are in the yes, and in the amen, through us, for the glory of God. The promise of God is true and is fulfilled, both the promise and the promise, an announcement with the special sense of promise, pledge, and offer.
The promised says what the promise of God is, and then gives assurance that the promised thing will be fulfilled
God never changes or delays his promises, nor does he ever fail, (Psalm 89:34 "I will not forget my covenant, nor change what has come from my lips"
God is sovereign, omnipresent, omniscient, He makes possible the impossible, He has promised us various promises among them: "eternal life", which is one of the most important.
Also our Lord has promised to give us a new heart, as well as change our desires, (Ezekiel 36:26) "I will give you a new heart, I will put a new spirit inside you ...".
Besides this, God has promised us: salvation, peace, protection, health ...
The Lord Jesus Christ also promised us that He would come again (John 14: 2,3)
The only one who fulfills his promises is called Jesus Christ, because he is the God of truth, it is impossible for him to lie, we can easily look at man lying and breaking his promises, but God will never break what he has promised

¡Trust in the God of promises, He will never fail you!
