"Because Jehovah is exalted, and attends to the humble"
The humble will be received by God at all times, their prayers will perfume the throne of God and they will be satiated in all.
"But to the haughty one he looks afar"
The word of God confirms that our God is "exalted". which means that it is eminent, wonderful, firm and immutable ... it is superior to everything created.
However, God always wants us to seriously examine his word and give him all his courage to understand what our position is before him and before life.
God wants his people to be humble, because he resists the proud and gives grace to the humble.
Many of us speak of "humility", but we do not delve into its context and what this word encompasses, in addition to the importance it has in our Christian life.
God does not attend to the arrogant or the proud, God separates them and looks at them from afar, He attends to the humble, to all those people who have understood that they are nothing, and that without God nothing would be.
God is close to the contrite spirit, the wise man who seeks him diligently, the man who has had to shed his pride in order to have an encounter with God

One of the things that God sees from afar is the haughty, if people knew what is good for God, humility would never be boastful or proud, but would know how to ask for forgiveness and to repent publicly.
