You need first of all to recognize that a heart without Christ, where Christ is not the center of that heart, is a heart that is deceitful, is a heart that is evil, and to describe it I would like you to read the verse of Jeremiah 17: 9 -10, where it is spoken about that the heart is undoubtedly "deceitful and perverse", but later we can see that the heart of man is naked before the eyes of God. It means that God is aware of each heart, He recognizes that it is evil, but in turn it is warning us that Jehovah searches and weighs the heart.
