Anxiety in the heart of man has depressed him and, over time, he has forged despair and relief in his life, marking in his character an effect of a broken spirit that has obviously marked its fruits and therefore its spirit.
However, in this regard, the Bible tells us the following:
Proverbs 17:22
22 The cheerful heart is a good remedy;
But a broken spirit dries the bones. (Reina-Valera 1960 (RVR1960).
In this sense the Bible praises here the ability to laugh and I strongly believe that the ability to laugh is related to what is truly in the heart of the person.
The Bible tells us about this the following:
Luke 6:45
The good man, from the good treasure of his heart, brings out what is good; and the {bad} man, from evil {treasure} takes out what is bad; because his mouth speaks of the abundance of the heart.

Life simply arises from the heart of a new life born in Christ, so the person is constituted in being a good person treasuring in his heart everything honest and pure good.
Being a good person is the greatest testimony that anyone can have that Christ lives in their hearts because really someone who has Jesus in their hearts is a person willing to practice the fruits of the spirit and be kind at all times even under the most circumstances. Adverse Smiling at all times is a sign of what is in your heart.
Colossians 3:12
Therefore, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, put on affectionate affection and kindness, humility, kindness and patience.

God brought us into the world so that we would also live in peace with everyone and it is really his longing since human relationships were created to be cultivated and fed by justice among men and although today unfortunately it does not exist mostly because the Today's man lives to please the same society more than the justice of God, the fruits are very poor spiritually and obviously the result is not the most appropriate, bringing traits of bitterness on his face due to the lack of God in their hearts.
Proverbs 15:13
13 The cheerful heart beautifies the face;
But by the pain of the heart the spirit is lowered.

Really a gentle heart beautifies the face and there is always a word of encouragement and strength for others besides always providing a smile as a result of what is in your heart.
It is for this reason that we must seek to find the fruits of the spirit since they are the ones that produce such a situation.
Galatians 5:22
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness ... (New American Standard)
The fruits of the spirit are very easy to notice because they will be your actions in everyday life and they are: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, faithfulness ... and obviously they beautify your face and make you be a very good person
There is no better testimony in your life than being a good person because your performance shows that Christ lives in your heart.
