We started 2019 with a "STRATEGIC PLAN FOR THE GROWTH, DEVELOPMENT AND CONSOLIDATION OF STEEMCHURCH VENEZUELA."being this, a project of work, with a strategy to develop, and great objectives to reach.
There are several questions, about how we will develop this macro project, basically this has been my vision since God gave me this territory, always thinking about the effect of effective multiplication, and the training and delegation of leaders in action.

1.- What is this annual project?
It is an ordered Work Project to guide the church to implement in practice the basic biblical processes in order to fulfill the Great Commission, managing all the tools and resources at its disposal to carry out God's work on earth.

2.- What is it?
The Project consists of guiding each member of his church to practice the commands of Jesus.

3.- How is it implemented?
It will be implemented progressively in a period established 2019-2024, where the contemplated plan will be evaluated monthly, and a general report for each year. Managing resources, human and financial, empowering the leaders to establish the kingdom.

4.- What do I receive to do it?

Orientation

Through weekly physical and virtual meetings with a member of our team, the leaders receive the necessary personal guidance to develop the month of work and answer all their questions about the development of the plan. Statement of doubts.

Training
The project includes training for the pastor and his leaders.

Virtual: Via Internet.

Workshops in Video conference.

Materials

We will give you exclusive access to all the resources and tools necessary to implement the project.

You can download or receive a monthly package of materials that includes:

Book in electronic format about the process that is implemented.
Guide for the Pastor and the leaders to implement and evaluate each process.
Individual material for the development of each member
Group material (Small groups / Esc Dom, etc)
Weekly bulletin for the members of the church.
Messages related to the Process to be implemented for each month.

Assistance

You will have our assistance to solve situations.
We will answer your questions at each stage of the Plan.
We will accompany you from start to finish.
We will support and encourage you to complete the Plan.

You can use different means to receive assistance (Personal, Email, Chat, etc.)

Constant Evaluation

Measuring the work we do allows us to detect the aspects that we must improve and thus achieve the desired objectives.
The Implementation Guides of each process can be used to carry out a weekly or monthly evaluation of the project.
If you wish we will provide our help to evaluate the progress of the plan.

Important note:
Local pastors have control and freedom of decision over the steps they implement. SteemChurch Venezuela will have nothing to do with its internal decisions as a church or ministry. Our job is to motivate, equip, train, accompany and help your ministry to develop its full potential, in order to make a global network to build Venezuela through the evangelism of Jesus.

5.- What can be achieved?
Realize the redeeming work of Christ, reach souls, bring the good news of salvation, make mercy, love without measure.
Know how to implement in practice processes that result in the growth of the church, the planting of churches and the sending of missionaries.
Know the roots and foundations of the growth of the Kingdom of God.
Discover the biblical principles that sustain the growth of the kingdom of God.

6.- How do I start?
The @sc-v project is available to every church that wants to invest time, money and effort in a long-term project, to leave a legacy in the world.

From here, we begin the plan of action, dear brothers and community in general we present our first network of evangelistic ministries for the project "Building Venezuela", that in the next few days will delight us with the work and love they do for Christ, as for the neighbor, we have proposed to empower these leaders and fighters who for years have remained faithful, working for this country and showing the love of Jesus, I believe that this is one of the most powerful visions I have received from God.

For each ministry I have assigned a mentor, who will guide you to meet the objectives in each step, in the same way, we will assign from our personal accounts a little sp, so that these ministries begin to interact in the blockchain. Being distributed from the following way:

This will be our pilot test, we are sure that we will have excellent results.

On saturday 19/01/2019 the first meetup of the business ministry of Christian leaders will be held in Barcelona Venezuela, at 9:00 am, we will be discussing relevant topics about how the church will face this year, the economic issue -financiero, we will join criteria in order to establish a work plan that makes us self-sufficient for the days that are to come.

DELEGATE BRINGS GROWTH

There is a collective thought in the leadership of the church: "the higher you are in leadership, the more authority, power and control you have."
This is far from being a healthy leadership and is in any case, a form of leadership that goes against the idea that God has on the matter.
The first error that occurs in leadership is to believe that you can only lead from a position or title. This misconception is one of the main reasons why certain activities are not delegated to the churches.
The true measure of leadership is influence, nothing more, nothing less. Influencing others is a matter of disposition, not position.

When the pastor or leader in charge of a ministry incorporates this principle into his ministerial life, he immediately begins to delegate and as a result sees growth that he has never experienced before.

There is a biblical case in which the results can be clearly seen when the minister of God stops ministering by position and goes on to lead by delegating.

In Exodus 18: 13-22, we see Moses receiving advice from his father-in-law Jethro who in his wisdom could see a leader burdened by so much work, tired, exhausted, about to lose control over what he was leading.

When Moses paid attention to the advice of Jethro, he went from ministering to leading.
He became a man of Prayer. (v19)
He communicated the vision. (v20)
I develop an action plan. (v20)
Selected and trained leaders. (v21)
It gave them freedom to do the work. (v22)
He did only what they could not do. (v22)

Beloved brothers delegate is the key to the growth of the church.

Jesus left us his example when delegating tasks to people who were not "prepared" because he understood that only the fact of delegating what they had already seen in his ministry was the best preparation and training to turn them into the leaders that after Pentecost would found the church nasciente.I'm sure that what you have seen in @ sc-v will be the best testimony to work.

Remember, you can not do everything by yourself, you can not grow if you do not delegate, you can not reach new goals without delegating, you can not convey a vision if you are not willing to delegate, and especially if you do not delegate, your leadership will not be transitional but rather will die together with you.

The cloak must ever be passed on to the next generation to continue with God's plan on earth, if his leadership is going to go with chariots of fire to the presence of the Lord do not forget to let go of his cloak, you will not He will serve his earthly ministry in eternity.
