TELEGRAM (TON) SCAM ICO for GRAM Tokens

PLEASE avoid buying Ether from this fairly convincing scam site.... https://ton-gram.io/

I came across this one last night. Looks fairly legit, but quite a few things give it away - mostly the lack of links to social media and the bogus telegram discussion group. If you check the address they tell you to send ETH to for getting the GRAM they have already conned close to 30 ETH from people - 0x9BA3833FB2d7A37a4DCF2f58C3F43ED7e397A45a

I don't know if there is any way of holding scammers like this accountable? It is a shame this happens. Just got to keep a watch out for stuff like this.
