Well bernie is aware of it now (I found out about it in a post that bernie replied to) so we'll have to see if he does something about it. The account that @ checkthisout appears to belong to is a whale with something like $2 million stake. Will the bern have the balls to take it on? He seems good at picking on the little guy/gal. Will be interesting to see if he does anything about this scammer.
