Whenever you see me post a game announcement or released, PLEASE do your own research before putting your time and money into it. This mentality should be the same for ICOs and Airdrops. While there are money to be made, just like the crypto market, you need to be careful at what you are investing in. We got the PUMP and DUMP scam, we got greedy peeps taking money from hard working individuals, and I HATE these people. I hate them because they defile what the crypto community is all about! Along with Steemit and others, they have help me grow as an investor and as a person. I just can't believe we got greedy folks like them in our community. Below, I will list a few games that has been reported by many users as a scam.
Ether Army: This game was pretty popular when it came out, but users had reported stolen money without getting their in-game purchases. While I don't know how true these claims are, I would advise you to be careful.
Ethermon (not to be confuse with Etheremon): At first glance, I knew this game was a scam. Everything about the site was shady.
EtherRacing: Don't know much about this game, but there is literally no support for their users. Many folks had told me this was a scam
EtherWaifus: Apparently the game went offline after stealing people's money? I've only heard rumors.
Honestly, with a bit of research, you can protect yourself from scammers. Always check their whitepaper, their social media, and how much time and energy they put into the project. As always, have fun gaming and stay safe!!!

I am the developer of Etherwaifu ( https://etherwaifu.com ) which was recently launched. Our name is similar to Etherwaifus (with s), which is very sad because we actually registered the domain name from a long time ago but the development took time. They infringe copyright and is a scam, while we use our original characters and has a crafting system.
Our artist has been drawing for 10 years, please take a look at our website. Could you please be so kind as to edit your post and add the info that Etherwaifus the scam is not Etherwaifu? Thank you very much!
