awesome its not satire at all, it is true. I would say 97%++ of the ICO are scams and worse still, many don't even have block chain expert to apply blockchain in their said businesses?

Look like there are too much black money chasing those ICOs ? Otherwise why would they invest without evening remotely knowing what it is?
