I saw transfers of Steem Power with comments saying I value your opinion review my work

Pay for votes and hope you make more?  My first reaction was to be offended.... But free market?  Just makes it all look shady.

    I think people are using small transfers to get attention from Whales. I don't know if it works. I guess anything goes
