Hey everyone - I'm looking for your opinion! My real estate investing book is finally ready to be turned into a pdf and made kindle ready. After so much work I still need to decide on the book cover before sending it off tonight!

Would you kindly assist me with this decision? I will be forever grateful for your input, thanks so much in advance :-)

Please just submit a comment stating either contestant 1, 2, or 3.

Sort Order:

1 Looks Good! Adding the ''To'' is a good Idea! Sounds Smooth. Checked out your website, read a lot of it. This is definitely really interesting, going to keep this as reference and in the future definitely getting E-book from you, it's time to save for me and also get my own property . Learn more from Steemit than I do in Life, great to find more content like this

Thanks for the input and for checking out my site! I will certainly do a post when the book launches.

And agreed, have learned so much on steemit about things I was not well versed in. Try to spread the love with financial know how in return!

I vote for a 4th option...

ScaredyCatGuide
to

Investing

In

Rental Properties

Hmmm...not a bad idea Mr. Staggers. Will keep in mind for next book cus I just don't have it in my for another re-design....sigh.

Either way, looking forward to reading it.

Oh man. Pressures on. Just remember it's an intro book meant for newbie investors using traditional financing.....as I sweat. lol

I'm sure it will be great. The best books tell a story and keep it simple.

UPDATE: The RESULTS are IN. After digesting everyone''s feedback from here and FB. Contestant #1 is the winner. I made a couple small teaks to it based on suggestions. It has been sent for publishing.

THANK YOU ALL for your input! :-)

I like #3 in my opinion it jumps out at you a little more. But hey all three look good.

Thanks Ray!

I agree #3 looks good. My first instinct was #3 then I found myself liking #1, and then I said to myself.. why are you doing that? If you liked #3 first, then that's what you liked.. You know how it is, if you stare at something too long, you begin to second guess yourself. So I'm not. #3 is my vote. :)

I like the blue building in #2, but the yellow door in #3 makes the choice obvious. I vote for #1, because the scaredycat is the first thing you see!

Best wishes!

Thanks aunt-deb, appreciated!

Contestant #2:

Thank you for the feedback.

3

then scaredy cat guide can be a series. or it can branch out

Thanks!

I think I prefer 1 and 3 for their look, and the grammar, or arrangement just seems better. They also leave you room in the future to do guides on things other than investing. (Not that you couldn't change your brand anyways.)

Yeah, that is a benefit of the first. Appreciate the feedback my friend!

Looking again a few minutes later, I think my brain decided on #1! lol!

Very welcome :)

I am liking option 3 as well. It seems to have your brand at the top secure from the rest of the writing and the middle pops out at you saying buy me buy me lol. I think the 3rd is marketing efficient, and this comes from a marketing guy if you remember lol

Cool man. In that case would the first be OK as well? It is the same except the "to" is removed.

Now that you mention it I kind of like the lack of TO in there, funny I was eyeing options 1 and 3 and so tired I guess I missed that lol. Might be better to remove the TO, that way it states a direct approach to a reader

yeah, my marketing friend suggested the "to" removal so wanted to see if another marketer agreed. Cool. Thanks again bro!

Yea usually you want to form a direct interaction approach with titles. The TO isn't a bad one but it kind of states this odd thing in marketing you don't want to show, having to do something lol. by saying it without that your stating the simple fact this is how you do this instead of these are the multiple steps you need to take to do this, how the word TO does that is odd but I learned from guys who do this more full time the less you can make customers feel there is work involved the better to get them on board

Crazy, but true! Thanks!

Its weird how we humans work and think but once you get a concept of the average persons thoughts you kind of have a gut about what people want and don't lol...its strange though how much it works lol

I like #1 and think it fits the genre of Investing books, since i've read my share and the other 2 look a bit off to me. But if you really want to be different then go with #3. Also your website is ScaredyCatGuide.com so #2 doesn't suit well.

Very good points, thanks!

I like #1 the best. I think it leads to a better format for future releases!

Thanks man! It's interesting the responses I'm getting from investment focused people vs more social topic folks. #1 is the fav. of the former.

I prefer option 3

Cool, thanks!

I'd go with #3 but remove the exclamation point ... I don't think it adds value

Appreciate the feedback, that was a new piece of info. Thanks!

#3, This feels like a scaredycatguide contest. Winners will be selected at random. To enter select the winning cover by posting a comment, and wait to be randomly selected for a first edition signed copy! :)

First edition signed copy, that may be doable ;-) Thanks!

In my opinion option #1 is the best!
In the first glance, you see the title in black and you understand immediately what's about. With the other options you read something no sense at the beginning and then you understand.
Others may have a different experience but that what I see.
Furthermore i believe that you can go with a bit more catchy title :)

Ok cool, thanks for the feedback man!

#3

Thanks you for the feedback!

I would suggest to not go with #2. And my choice will be #1 as it has one less word.

Awesome! Thanks for the input :-)

I would go with # 1

Yeah, that seemed to be the winner. Thanks!

None of the above. .. only kidding. They are all good. hard to chose..

Last one seems the best to me... good luck..

LAST ONE IS THE BEST HANDS DOWN...

Ah come on bro, that's the problem I'm having..lol. 1, 2, or 3...you can do it!

#3 is the better one to me. I will answer for those that do not want to.

I should get a Follow for all my deep, deep thinking on this for you. I'm exhausted..

Welcome to the platform, I wish everything work out for you. It’s not easy here but not difficult neither but just ask an extra effort, engagement is the key good luck I’m @goodaytraders Start by following people and they will do the same.

Uhm, thanks. Been here though for nearly a year now. That response seemed automated, but good luck.
