I forgot I had this photo in my collection. I love listening to thunderstorms, after the first initial rumble. The first ones are usually unexpected. The lightning bolts scare me though, because they are not very predictable. Did you know, there can't be a thunderstorm without lightning? The more flashes of lightning you see, the closer the storm is to you too. I never knew that till reading about it.
We had a nasty storm in Washington, earlier this year and my boss had this photo from it. Hope you all like the picture. I love how it shows the (veins), as I call them. Glad she was safe while catching it.

I agree. She has a bunch of photos that she took, of the storms aftermath. It reeked a lot of havoc, so I only wanted to share this one beautiful shot. I don't remember what kind of camera she uses, except she paid a lot for it. Some day I may buy myself one, but for now I use my iphone and a little fujifilm 14mp.

I never thought of asking where she gets them developed at. She uses the same camera for employee pics and they arrive in the mail. Guess if I plan to get a camera like hers, I need to have all that info before hand, lol.
