250g boneless chicken shredded 1/2" cubes
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tablespoon ginger paste
1/2 tsp red chili powder
2-3 green capsicum cut into dice
Onion cut into 2-3 pieces
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp chili sauce
salt to taste
1/4 cup oil
as needed A little green onion for garnish......
Way
Mix chicken with ground paste and vinegar.
Keep aside for at least 1/2 hour.
Heat oil in a wok, add green capsicum and onions and fry on high heat till they get a little color.
Pick up the onion and capsicum and keep it aside.
Now put chicken in a pan and cook on high flame till its color changes.
Lower the flame and cook till tender.
Now add onion and capsicum to the chicken
Add the soy sauce, chili sauce and salt and mix well on a high flame.
Serve hot with spring onion garnish.
