Hello! I am kristy and I have a new found love of technology. This started at the same time my diagnosis of schizophrenia came. So beware my posts my get bizarre but overall I want to be kind and raise awareness of the major illness. I wish everyone here All the best . Thought I would give you a warm welcome. I have a friend who is a psychiatrist and he treats patients who have schizophrenia and Bipolar. He told me it was not an easy thing to teat. He is a good man and works very hard and is also very caring. I ma sure you will do well on Steemit because I can see you are very much just being yourself. This is exactly what Steemit is about. I will follow you.

Thank you for following me. I receive treatment at a little place here in Oklahoma called Edwin Fair. I tried some bigger more well known resources before ending up at Edwin fairs doorstep and couldn't handle the group sessions of therapy offered or the being idk the only patient in the room with schizophrenia. I left one psychiatric facility because I thought another patient was a serial killer who was stalking me and I couldn't really talk at that point had a lot of word salad things of the such. I am kinda hoping steem it to be a place I can find acceptance because my illness took a toll on most of my previous social relationships. Ask your friend about GAF scores and what they entail. At diagnosis mine was a 32 and at discharge they gave me a 51 and recommended group care or assisted living. My husband said no I want her at home where she can see the kids and I know she is safe because i was so terrified of the "serial killer" you know. That said I function just well enough to get by most days. To care for me and the kids with assistance from neighbors and my husband. I have really enjoyed steem it and the wonderful users on the site.

My psychiatrist friend told me that in his opinion schizophrenia was the worse illness there is. Next time i see him I will as about the GAF scores as I have not heard of it before, It is a while since I have seen him but the last time I remember him telling about a new drug for schizophrenia that he had been selected to be one of the "monitors" of the drug, in this country at least. This was a while ago so perhaps the drug is no longer considered as new, but anyway he told me that it was having remarkable positive affects with schizophrenia patients world wide. The drug is called Quetiapin or something like that. Just wondered if you had heard of it?
I am sure you will find the Steemit community rather more caring than most media platforms considering there is money involved. I think it is because of the reputation system. It seems to be working. The more genuine you are the more you are heard and accepted. So just take it steady and be yourself. Take care @kristy1

Hey sorry it took so longer to reply back. We hadn't a rough week here in Oklahoma. Illness horn the better of me, but this week has been good. I had a dream about your painting. The details are fuzzy but it wasn't the stars dance on water painting in the dream. It wasn't something else, maybe you haven't painted yet but was very beautiful. Have you been to the Grand Canyon? Or have you ever painted a white wolf? That all I can remember from it. A canyon and a white wolf. @aurthuradamson

Мне очень понравилось, со мною происходит примерно тоже самое, я бы тебе рассказал много всего, только вот нельзя, так как люди этого не поймут. Они не поймут нас и наше мировосприятие, мы не больные люди. У нас нет болезни, это кое что другое.

Hi, I read your posts about 3D world, about reality, about portals to other worlds and stuff. I really liked it, with me going on about the same thing, I would tell you many things, but that's impossible, because people do not understand. They will not understand us and our perception of the world, we are not sick people. We have a disease no, that's something else. You do not have the disease, a manifestation beyond human consciousness, many obladayut. It is God's gift and not a disease, I live in Russia and you were able to translate the text in Google translator. So don't be afraid and develop your gift. Read a lot of literature and maybe you will start to see more of it.. Thank you for your attention.

Sorry I stopped using google yesterday because I felt like it had changed or been taken over by this otherside I fear or try to avoid desperately. That said, next week I will probably be using google again but for now it is boycotted due to my unsurity about its true intentions. I am very thankful for your replies. You also receive visions and hallucinations? Do you see a lot of the same things I do? I hope so because the world can truely be a lot more beautiful to me now like so beautiful and slow moving and it's like you can soak up and cherish each moment on a basis that lets you slow down time to really capture the moment. When I enter that state I am in pure oblivion but also pure elation and bliss. With God I find a sense of security that is so easily knowing and seeing him everywhere. I will see him in everything I touch taste smell hear think feel like breathing him in and viewing his massive creation the way it was suppose to be viewed. That said people bring me out of those states pretty fast because I apparently just sit for hours staring off into the distance not moving or if I am moving its erratic and odd and bizarre for them. It always upsets me in a way but I think they do it out of love and I understand they mean well.

Good afternoon, it's me again. To tell you the truth, what we see is not a hallucination, it's a different, which not everyone can get to see his world. So it is better to stop treatment and to develop these gifts of God. To read the literature about how best to apply these abilities. For example, if I'm angry, I lose Wi-Fi signal, very people react to it electronics. When I was little, I had this gift I could shut down the entire city. I could tell you a bit about it. But it's supposed to be confidential, I am pleased to see a man who like me =) . Sorry, we speak different languages and move away from each other. I'll tell you so "People can not see what is not" =)

Oh and my son will be so happy I have a Russian friend now. He is infatuated with the Russian culture and so he will be very happy.

It is nice to find someone who sees what I see. The electronics thing.... I can get a radio station to come in just by waving my hand in front of it. My internet also shuts down a lot during the day. I also have like that weird static shock thing when you touch people and it shocks them slightly. By waving my hand over hair I can make it stand up like as if I was running a ballon on their head it's just seems like I things I didn't realize everyone could do. Never associates it as being connected to the illness. Different languages is rough that said I am glad we are friends.

How did I get it... my great aunt and grandma both had schizophrenia so genetics. I don't know I feel I would call it a gift, as it's not widely seen as a gift where I live.

So my background photo is a coloring I did of a religious delusion I had a few months ago. The things I see are very vivid and bright, complex structures of radiance that I want to share with you guys. The schizophrenic mind is a realm that science can not explain and the visions of a schizophrenic are intensely misunderstood. Mine are of conflict mainly between good and evil, angels and demons, Gods and the devil; this art is titled "the holy war."

The coloring behind my profile picture. That's a coloring I did. I uploaded it as my background photo because I couldn't get it to go on an actual post by itself. Kinda new to technology and don't possess the skills most of the steem users have naturally. So I am kinda like explain it to me like I am your grandma! Haha it's hard if you didn't learn the basics at a young age. I am only late twenties btw, just grew up poor without access to tech resources.

Thank you! I am enjoying the visit. Haven't yet decided if I am going to cash out after a week or stay in board. I stumbled upon the app randomly so I always try to give each random app I find one full week before I delete it or keep it. I am enjoying this one for now though. The users seem very empowering by their belief in the whole steem it culture. I find that nice, you guys stand by your own work and it's quality to say yes I believe this is good enough to become something bigger! That's refreshing.
