Lars und Meike Schlecker wurden unter anderem wegen Insolvenzverschleppung und Betrugs zu mehrjährigen Freiheitsstrafen verurteilt. Lars Schlecker für zwei Jahre und neun Monate Haft. Meike Schlecker zwei Jahre und acht Monate. Anton Schlecker erhielt eine Bewährungsstrafe. Das Verfahren gegen seine Frau wurde gegen Zahlung von 60 000 Euro eingestellt.
