The life and times of a law student in a Nigerian university

Hey loves💕💕
I'm sorry I have been MIA for a few days, I've been buried in school work. 😔
That's exactly what I want to talk about today. I'm a law student in a university in Nigeria. (As you can tell from the caption🙄) I'm in my final year 💃💃. It's quite exciting being at the end of the journey. At las! I can see the finish line🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️. Snapchat-1323253558.jpg
As exciting as it is, it can also be equally as stressful.
In Nigeria, law students are known for their black and white. But lemme tell you first hand that there is more to us than the black and white y'all see.
We actually get to deal with a lot. Like besides all the pressure to get pass the undergraduate level and get accepted in the law school. We have to deal with all the sterotypes😐. If you are in a Nigerian university you can't pretend to not know what I'm talking about. People generally have this "misconception" about us that we are one kind. You cannot pass through 5 years in the university without hearing "law students are proud" "law students are arrogant" "law students feel so important" ( we are really important btw), "law students are too serious", etc. And we still have to deal with the pressure from our parents who have probably already bragged about the fact that you are studying law.
This doesn't apply to law students alone tho. I know all undergraduates experience most of this things too. But I'm speaking from my perspective as a law student. It can get really difficult at times. What's important is that you don't give up. Don't relent efforts. You can do it. You WILL make it. It's an assurance. Just keep your eyes fixed on the prize. Remember to trust in God. He will surely replenish your strenght.
Okay... that was longer that I tot, but hey! You get my point right. At least I hope so.
Thank you for your attention. It means a lot to me 🤗🤗🤗
