So the day finally arrived for another epic Mozamboogy and it did not disappoint.
With the rain bucketing down we were sceptical about the turnout but that was not the case.
Campers flooded into Malongane dive camp for the first Mozamboogy since covid restrictions sent us all to home jail.
There were colorful lights dangling from almost every tree around the camp sites making for a exciting entrance to the festival.
As we arrived butterflies made my stomach turn in anticipation of a good old dance session that is so sorely needed.
Once again the organizers pulled a spectacular event together that had people attending from all over the world.
Mozamboogy is by far not the biggest of trance festivals but has very intimate feeling as you are very likely to meet most of the party goers at some point during the festival.
Of course the music was the driving force behind Mozamboogy with continued rolling relentless beats forcing you to shake what your momma gave you for 3 days long! 😋
There were times that it poured down in torrential rain but still we danced , some girls decided it was the perfect time for bikinis and others had crazy and elaborate outfits.
Some recon their parents wouldn't approve but hey that's why we don't invite them 😎
Haha maybe not completely true as I attended the festival with my 19 year old @dom.mortada for his birthday.
All in all we had a fantastic time and watched the sunrise Sunday morning with new friends we made during the festival before heading home.
It's always sad to leave but with tired legs and feet we headed back with some unforgettable memories.
Until next year!
