today I will explain the procedure or method of implementation of the headmaster's office work, here I do not explain about the volume for material needs and price per material, but today I am more focused and more detail with the method of stages implementation of the work.

The purpose of this building work is for the principal's room and the teacher's staff, given the inadequate school conditions and the lack of classroom needs in class activities and the need for unavailable office space. Then from the local government have also conducted a survey and review to the location, so by taking the policy of the City Government Lhokseumawe also to relocate funds 250.000.000 rupiah, or more funds is equivalent to $ 19,000. for one unit of headroom building of SDN.12 Blang Mangat,

in the stages of implementation of the work that we must consider is the steps from the beginning of the job to finish the work for the building,

As for the method of implementation of the work are:

1. land clearing work
   In this first job we must do because every building that will be in the building must be seen whether there are trees, big rocks and others. then we have to clean it so that it is not blocked.

2. Work of bowplank wood placement as a reference The main point,
   in this work must Determine Zero point or as Building point by using wood and yarn to show the building area, and also by using coordinate point or GPS

3. Land excavation work.
   In this excavation work should be dug as deep as 80cm This aims to create a cyclope foundation, because if the building was no foundation then the building will collapse

4. A Sand work
   This sand work is used as a base at the base of the foundation so that cast concrete for the foundation is not directly attached to the soil, so that the concrete will be more awake.

5. Cyclope foundation
   The foundation work in this building is to withstand the burdens that exist on this Cyclope foundation, as this is the main force of the building's working phase.

6. Works SLOOF concrete
   This sloof work aims at binding each other between the concrete columns with the sloof and holding the brick load on it.

7. Concrete column work
   The work of this reinforced concrete column is as a concrete structure for buildings by means of reinforced concrete casting, aims to strengthen the structure of this building.

8. The work of brick pairs
   The purpose of the masonry work is as a retaining wall and part of the construction and for the restriction of the space separator.

9. The work of reinforced concrete beams is
   This reinforced concrete structure is a component in the building, this Rink concrete beam can withstand loads that work on building structures and also to bind each endpoint of reinforced concrete columns, Work Prior to concrete block Rink there are several stages of work that is the installation of iron and installation of formwork and after that done casting with 1: 2: 3 concrete so the demolition stage formwork.

10. Installation of light steel frame work (zingkalum)
    This work is to withstand the load of the zinc roof cover, ie the roof load itself and also the wind load and rainwater load. then the roof of the zinc in pairs and tied with nut bolts in the frame of light steel horses. If this lightweight steel frame rod does not yet exist, but the zinc roof can not be installed

11. Roof covering work
    Zinc roof also serves to withstand wind loads and can withstand rainwater loads and prevent water from entering into the room, this zinc roof uses a type of zinc-coated steel material, metal and with a beautiful red color so the building looks beautiful and nice.

12. Ceiling Work
    Ceiling work is intended to cover the ceiling in the room or outdoors so it looks nice and beautiful and easy when installing lamps and wood profiles, the type of material or material often used is Trilplex T: 4mm.

13. Mortal Cement Plastering Works
    This works for brick wall coverings so that the walls look neater and smooth the surface of the walls, then the bricks are also more durable for this building.

15. Ceramic floor work
    In this work should be done slowly with patience and thoroughness because in this ceramic work should not occur ceramic or broken. and with some mortar cement for ceramic installation it must be completely filled with mortar cement so there is no gap under ceramic floor, either the base surface or the back side of the ceramic.

16. Wall paint work and ceiling
    In this wall paint work and ceiling ceiling must first be in basic paint with white color, so when the second paint more pervasive and thicker the paint so it looks more beautiful and beautiful.

17. Electrical installation work
    This work is also the last stage of the job of installing power lines and some switches, sockets, light fittings and lights. so that the installation of electric current can work and can be used.

18. Final cleaning work
    This work is a cleansing stage of pieces, wood, zinc, light steel frame, iron, and bricks and others.

then this is the stage of implementation of this building work, so the work can be completed and can be used for the school leadership room and also used for the teachers' work space.

this photograph shows the results of excavation of soil for foundation work completed by human worker, in this work process the size of the volume in the excavation of the soil and by the size of the width, the height of excavation and the overall length of this excavation is in accordance with the drawings in the field and also the volume calculation. so the workers for this digging are easy and clear to do so.

This is the work of brick walls, iron for columns, and the job of mounting wooden door frames for doors. the workers also do the work and with some sides of the brick wall, at this stage also installed some wooden frames for windows, but there are some unfinished brick walls employed by workers. In the work of sloof beneath the brick wall has been done 100%, because the work of reinforced concrete is not too long in doing, it's just a matter of waiting until the water quality of concrete hardens and then can be done the brick work stage.

At this stage of work, the masonry work is done up to 100%. But plaster brick walls with mortar cement is not done.

In this photo for the type of concrete beam is also done by way of casting reinforced concrete. So for a few days other work must wait until the job is completely dry until the concrete is hard.
