Hydraulic Bench

I want to explain about Hydraulic Bench, in hydraulic science that is by Method and process work in hidraulika science by using Hydraulic Bench in research of waterflow value by using Hydraulic Bench. My experience while doing the practice at the University Hydraulic Laboratory in (Aceh), me and my friends wanted to research and wanted to know the actual fluid flow process and with the factors that could affect the water discharge.

My experience in hydraulics practice activities, this practice goal for civil engineering students is very useful when viewed from the goal practice itself. with the theoretical knowledge I have learned in college, students are given the opportunity to develop insights about science and technology and its applications can be directly related to the use of laboratory equipment.

In practicing Hydraulics at the University Hydraulic Laboratory at ACEH, some simple fluid regulatory rules and fluid phenomena can provide additional insight into academic science.

The purpose of this is :

  1. so that we can understand the workings of the tool or machine from Hydraulic Bench
  2. to measure the true discharge of fluid flow by using the working principle of Hydraulic Bench.
  3. to know the factors that might affect the water discharge by using Hydraulic Bench
  4. know the application or working methods on Hydraulic Benc in the field of irrigation infrastructure.


This is one of the Bench Hydraulic tools with complete workmanship on the assembly line and this machine, and the Hydraulic Bench apparatus for knowing the incoming water flow and water flow rate in glass that has been assembled and manufactured by the manufacturer. because I also do not really know about the Hydraulic Bench assembly plant. Technique on experimental principle:

hydraulics bench are used to measure actual (measured) water discharges measured in experiments (actual discharge) where the actual discharge is less than the theoretical discharge. the hydraulic bench is equipped with a lever shaped like a seesaw. The lever connects the load with a water discharge tub. The lever can move up and down based on the mass load and flowing flow.

the hydraulic bench is also equipped with a balanced and quiet lever which is useful for lifting the lever when it will dispose of water in the Hydraulic Bench tub until the equilibrium condition returns. The mechanism used in the hydraulic bench tool is the balance of the lever. the working principle of the hydraulic bench is the use of the load to measure the resulting discharge (actual discharge) and also take into account the time required by the water flow from the start of the current until the loaded lever is lifted due to the water load within the hydraulic bench appliance. the water flow discharge is also proportional to the mass of the fluid type, then the mass of the water debit is three times that of the load mass used in the experiment. The comparison is also obtained from the comparison of tools in hydraulic bench that is 1 (mileage) and 1 (overall distance).

Then to do some experiments, among others, to know the strength of hela fluid with various forms of moving objects in fluid science, by determining the existence of several experimental processes, and determining the regulatory coefficient due to the basic narrowing of the flow of water.
