Vitamin B6 enables you to remember your dreams

Researchers at the University of Adelaide has found that taking vitamin B6 could help a person to remember his dreams.

The study was done on 100 people who had consumed B6 supplements for a duration of 5 days. The result was that most of the participants remembered their dreams. The other part who usually have problems remembering anything about their dreams showed improvement.

Vitamin B6 is found in food such as whole grain cereals, legumes, bananas, avocados, spinach and potatoes, milk, cheese, eggs, red meat, liver, and fish.
