What is the cost of material?
Costs depend on quality, quantity, and type. Good quality graphene in large quantities (100kg +) of rGO and GO will be $20-100/gr based on our current inventory and pricing. As more manufacturers innovate ways to produce at lower costs and the usage grows price will come down. for specific pricing of high quality monolayer graphene go to 1stgraphene.com

As @mrgraphene pointed out, right now the material is very expensive as it is still in the lab. But recently scientists have found an inexpensive way of mass producing it. (It happened accidentally). Anyways, as with any tech, it will get cheaper with time as mass adoption takes place.
