Dhaka, July 25 (Xinhua) - Chinese telecommunication magnate Huawei has conducted the first trial of Bangladesh's fifth-generation network (5G).
Huawei is the postal and telecommunications department of the Bangladeshi government, Postal Department, Ministry of Telecommunications and Information and Robi, Ashiyata Group Berhad (Malaysia), Bharti Airtel (India) and NTT DoCoMo Inc. Japan), on Wednesday in a ceremony in Dhaka capital Dhaka.
Bangladeshi Prime Minister ICT Advisor Sajeeb Wazed Joy inaugurated the 5th trial program.
Officials said the purpose of this event should be to show that 5G can be served "Digital Bangladesh" and 5G will be used to respond to the economic transformation of Bangladesh and the operator to respond.
This next generation of wireless technology has the potential to change the way of everyday life. 5G automatic driving, artificial intelligence, virtual reality, big data, things, smart cities and networks will play an important role in the Internet.
