Life is too short to be waisted, we must enjoy every single moment of it and try to not be just a number in this big world.
Here are some tips to make your life better:

1-Stop using the alarm:
Trust your internal alarm. Not using an alarm will force you to sleep earlier and have a better sleep.

2- Reflect upon your past mistakes:
Once a month, try to reflect, learn and correct your past mistakes.

3-Read every day:
Even if just for a few minutes.

4- Use the 80/20 Rule
Start questioning your productivity and efficiency, and start measuring everything.

5- Be orgnized:
Keep a calendar to narrow your goals and write your tasks. Choose them based on urgency and priority.

6- Take care of your self:
Because you cannot enjoy your life if you are not healthy, you should take care of yourself, relax and workout regularely.
Take care of your health.
