Nanotechnology employed in mini drone armament

Hello my steemit friends, Have a good day everyone!

I have been a little distant from social networks due to dedication to my monograph for the end of the course. Today I will comment on an interesting fact that appeared on social networks on November 17, 2017. Professor of the University of California at Berkeley, Stuart Russell, presented in a video the "Slaughterbots." Slaughterbots are drones that work autonomously to destroy pre-selected human targets.

The technology was presented during the United Nations Convention on Conventional Weapons in Geneva, Switzerland. I would like to know in the comments what you think about the use of this technology for this purpose. And will it be that we need more weapons? knowing that half of the global population in emerging countries live in extremely poor conditions and with a low monetary amount. Science has shown that there are no barriers to the human mind and we always give ways to circumvent the barriers that appear, but there are people who have used all this knowledge maliciously
