How does OCD work?

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder is a chronic disorder where a person has an uncontrollable and reoccurring thought or obsessions and displays behaviors or compulsions that he or she feels the urge to repeat over and over. This sought of disorder is typically related to that of addictions.
