The other problem people are having, is they are still trying to split the water with brute force electrical current. The trick is to do something similar to what John Bedini did with Tesla's DC impulses. He used it to charge batteries, but once they had charged, people would say they would start to "cold boil", which means hho production in the flooded lead acid batteries. Here is a video I put together to help teach that point about current flow and using a "trigger" instead:
