Change Your Gene Change Your Life

Hello steemit friend, how you doing? nice to meet you all. This is my first post in science, I'm going to discuss about gene and how you can control it.

I'm sure many of you here know better about gene than me. hopefully our discussing usefull.

Gene

A gene is a unit of inheritance of properties or an RNA chain that functions for the organism that owns it. The gene modem occupies a genome site that governs the inheritance of properties and has a function as a regulator of transcription and has other functional roles. "Blue eye genes" or "intelligent genes" that we often hear are referring to alleles, the choices available for one gene. But people more often refer to the term allele for gene expression were phenotypically different, in fact, gene expression can be similar. By the process of the gene, reproduction is inherited from the individual to the descendants together through DNA, so that the integrity of the form and function of an organism's life can be maintained.

Gene expression

From what we see in the picture, gene expression is a process of converting information codes that exist in genes into proteins that operate within cells. Gene expression consists of two stages: 1. Transcription, the process of making RNA copies 2. Translations, specific polypeptide synthesis processes within the ribosome

The process of DNA transcription into mRNA and the process of translating mRNA into a polypeptide are called central dogma prevailing in prokaryotes and eukaryotes, but the eukaryotes do not occur immediately but there is an additional process of transcription and translation called pre-mRNA.

The pre-mRNA stage is to select the mRNA to be sent out of the nucleus to translate in the ribosome. The exon is the mRNA to be sent out of the nucleus to be translated, while the introns are the mRNAs that will remain in the nucleus because it is likely that the mRNA will form a nonfunctional (useless) protein if it is translated. Intron will then break down again to form a new mRNA chain.

In the process of transcription, DNA is copied and converted 'text' into RNA which will then be used as a 'letter of duty' and sent to various cells to perform its task. In this process, proteins are needed for the manufacture of RNA. This process is particularly vulnerable to disturbances coming from outside the body or the environment. As in people who are experiencing digress. The state of depressing can cause the protein levels the body needs for the transcription process to change. This will, of course, change the 'letter of duty' made by DNA.

Genes deemed unnecessary by a cell to be expressed will be silenced during the epigenetic process, while other genes required by the cell will remain expressed and protected from this silencing.

Now imagine what if you could change the blueprint of your life, the activity of genes in your DNA, to develop your potential talents and creativity, and be able to embrace the mind of your subconscious best, and become intuitive, and lead to your goals in this life. Can it?

Changing gene expression

Over the centuries we believe in the theory that we can not change the blueprint of our lives, DNA, that genes are the main determinants of our health, so whatever DNA is inherited to us, we can not change it.

although we inherit a series of irreversible DNAs, we have the ability to activate or permit the expression of genes as a result of our lifestyle and environment.

Because Each individual has different genes and DNA, even identical twins. It is these genetic differences that make physical differences, behaviors, affect bodily functions, and also the risk of a disease. However, genetics will change when meeting with the environment.

Gene expression is controlled by signals from outside the cell and energetic messages arise from our lifestyles, such as positive or negative thoughts and the environment, not by DNA. How can?

Interaction of the gene

In the body, the genes interact with each other to keep the body functioning to stay normal. But when something that can affect genes into the body, then the interaction will be disrupted. For example, people who eat unhealthy foods or drink too much alcohol and other activities that cause changes in gene function.

Mutagen

Mutagen is a foreign substance from outside the body or the environment that enters the body and then alters genes and DNA, for example, chemicals from foods that can cause tumors.

Epigenetic

The epigenetic process is a process in which the environment can affect the amount of protein. Proteins not only function as tissue formation but at the DNA level proteins play an important role to make an active gene or not. For example, when a person has cancer genes inherited by offspring, the gene may be active or not. Depending on how much environmental exposure to activate it.

That is, the totality of the lifestyle we live in, what we think, feel, and believe about ourselves, the food we consume are external factors that contribute greatly to our gene expression.

Thoughts activate or silence the expression of genes. We are no longer victims of our blueprint, our DNA. We can activate the genes we want by
changing feelings, just as our blueprints can be changed by a "contractor", in this case, a nervous system. This is what keeps our cells alive and adaptable to a changing environment. with the ability ofgene expression that we can turn on or off, as we wish, we can silence the expression of unwanted genes.

Conclusion

We are not slaves of our own genes, environments and lifestyles that affect genes are poor environments for overall health, such as overly high pollutants, cigarette smoke, or even smoking habits can affect gene formation. Not only that, the unhealthy eating behavior is also considered to affect the expression of genes in the body.

Therefore, doing a healthy lifestyle is not only good for your health but will affect your genes and future offspring. Now stop quitting '' genetic factors '' because the choice of life is in your hands.

What's your view in the CRISPR technology?

CRISPR is genetic engineering to create immune system which is capable to provide immunity to any foreign genetic such as bacterial virus. I think it's good as long as never break humanity ethic. Prevent is better than cure, right?e

It has such a great potential, both positive as well as negative. Let's hope the we'll see more of the positive ones than the negative ones.

Epigenetic,, i just know about engimatic

Epigenetics is the thing that triggers which genes become active or not, right?

That's right.

I heard that this mechanism is what's caused children of victims of for example Second World War to inherit the trauma of their parents. So they genetically inherit trauma inflected on their parents.

i dont know much biology, hehe

You are good in chemistry

Congratulations @elfaisal!

DNA is a macro molecule or a large molecule and contains two interrelated links of polynucleoside. Each nucleotide is formed by three components of nitrogen, pentose sugar, and phosphate group. In the base of nitrogen there is a base of primidin and purine base. Primidinous bases are thymine and cytosine whereas in the basic bases there are adenine and guanine @elfaisal

Well said @taufar.

Thank You for this articel... Further more I would like to add a spirituell view:

Energy is non-material information. Energy is all over. Inside us, around us and if we take care e.g. of our thoughts, we change our energy, and this helps changing e.g. the information of the DNA.
We can reach much more - than we always think... We are creators in every minute.

I do agree, energy is around us and we are living in our self created-mind. It's our choice.
