Rainbow is an extremely interesting natural phenomenon, because it unites beautiful beauty on one side and mathematical, and physical phenomena on the other.

Many definitions are written, but they are all very similar: Rainbow is a light phenomenon in the atmosphere, which the observer perceives as a part of a light ring in which the colors are followed in the characteristic spectral sequence. It occurs as a result of refraction and reflections of sunlight on droplets of water in the Earth's atmosphere. We can observe the rainbow when a rain curtain or cloud is in front of us and the sunlight comes from behind our back at a low angle above the horizon. The most beautiful is seen when the sky is dark before us, covered with rain clouds, and behind us the sky is clear in the direction of the sun.

I caugt this double rainbow back in September 2013 with my Nikon Coolpix P510. With those photos I wanted to bring a smile on your face, and I really hope I managed to do. This was also my contribution to @juliank's #colourfulphotography contest.
