The Site Office is a place that is needed as an information and consultancy center for a project or job. Site office can be an office building or just a room that is functioned as an office.

Things and facilities needed are:

• Work tables and chairs as a means to work and a place for discussion of working drawings covering material needs and work methods to be undertaken.

• Whiteboard / Whiteboard and markers as a means to explain something working method to facilitate the implementation process.

• Image of work As a means to facilitate the implementation process and working methods.

• plastic / glass jar As a means of storing and publication until the materials used at the time of execution.

• 1 unit of computer + printer As a means of working in completing everything that is needed in the process of computerization such as time skedule and progress or progress information implementation of the work.

The things to note are:

• Site office / field office should not be far from the construction site.

• The entire working drawing should be affixed to the wall or board to make it easier to control and monitor the stages of the work performed.
