The final scientists believe that the shape of the earth is round, but conspiracy experts claim that the shape of the earth is flat. They even held their first conference to discuss this.
On November 9 and 10, 2017, hundreds of conspiracy theorists flocked to the International Flat Earth or Flat Earth conference in North Carolina.
Flat Earth international conference was initiated by Kryptoz Media and Creation Cosmology Institute. Kryptoz is a DVD and Creation Cosmology Institute company is a small-scale online company whose account has been deleted from the Youtube channel.
As quoted in Dailymail, Friday (17/11/2017), conference "strange" aims to emphasize that the earth shaped discs, not round.
On a flat earth map, it is illustrated that the Arctic circle is in the middle position, while Antarika surrounds its center with a 45-meter-thick ice wall. Flat earth conspirators also claim that the planet is silent and does not orbit into the sun.
This theory is clearly disputed by the international scientific community.
Scientists show photographs of aerospace and astronomical research on the shape and condition of the earth, but flat-earth believers consider that satellite imagery and scientific evidence existed only "round earth conspiracies" made by NASA and other countries.
Regardless of the title of the conference, the event does not only discuss the Earth Flat theory alone.
They also discuss other conspiracy theories, such as lunar landings that are considered false and the existence of an international conspiracy to cover up the real Antarctic continent.
The next conference will be held in Denver, November 15 - 16, 2018, and organizers expect participants to reach 1,500 people.
