"Conditions" in other words, "rules" - created by a hierarchical system as a way to limit competition, thus the continuation of an "authority" mentality...that is abhorrent.
I think it's time to remove those conditions & for the collective to innovated and leverage off of each other's successes. That is how a society progresses. That is what evolution rewards!
